Live in Days. Fully Automated in Weeks

  1. 01

Align on Goals and Set Initial Configurations

We meet with the team spearheading Yaxle’s configuration and align on your insurance partners, OEM programs, preferred vendors, margin hurdles, and more. This grounds us in the success metrics you want from the platform.

  2. 02

Operate Platform Manually and Collect Feedback

Yaxle starts out as a normal procurement platform where a staff member or two make all selections and purchases as they normally would. We track changes, evaluate metrics, and aggregate your feedback to improve selections and handoff procurement to AI agents.

  3. 03

    Go into Auto-Pilot Mode

At this point, your team will have the confidence it needs to have Yaxle completely handle your procurement workflows end-to-end. Watch our agents run and transform your operations.

Your Data

Your pricing and purchasing data is yours, never sold or shared. Pull your data directly from an API feed or downloading it into a CSV.

Knows When to Hand Off

Yaxle only operates within your organization’s configuration. As you make changes or confirmations, Yaxle learns and applies them to future scenarios to safely increase automation levels.

Works with What You Already Have

Yaxle connects to your existing management, accounting, and ordering platforms. Existing configurations and vendor relationships will carry over on day one.

Everything You're Probably Wondering

Does Yaxle connect to my existing systems?

Yes! It doesn’t matter where you write your repairs or how you order parts today. Yaxle connects with your existing systems to do the task just as a person would. Think of Yaxle as the perfect staff member handling all procurement-related workflows end-to-end.

Which suppliers can Yaxle buy from and can I keep my existing accounts and pricing?

Yaxle can buy from any vendor in the country and through your preferred marketplace. Everything is set up exactly how you purchase from them today. Whether you order through a marketplace, on the phone, or over email, Yaxle can order it for you.

Does Yaxle help me stay compliant with insurer and state guides?

Yes! Yaxle uses AI to process and apply carrier, state, and shop guidelines on every RO, regardless of make, model, or year. You can also set up custom guidelines in your organization’s settings in Yaxle.

How do returns and core charges work?

Core and freight charges are handled the same way they are today: they’re invoiced and attached to the PO where they came from. Returns, cancellations, and rejections are tracked in the platform and can all be handled by our AI agents. Our goal is to not add another login, but replace five.

How does reconciliation work with my accounting software?

There are three ways you can upload invoices to Yaxle: (1) the Yaxle mobile app for Apple and Android, (2) the web platform, or (3) forwarding an email. Yaxle accepts images, PDFs, and scans. The reconciliations are based on Yaxle’s or your existing management system’s PO information prior to uploading the invoice. If everything aligns, Yaxle submits it for AP automatically.

How is Yaxle priced?

Per store, per month. Pricing is custom to store size and volume. Yaxle’s invoicing and other AI products are usage-based and charged per occurrence.

How long does it take to go live, and what does onboarding involve?

Going live takes 1-5 days, depending on how fast you want to move. We’ll start with a call to align on your rollout plan, then configure your stores’ integrations with your existing systems, and wrap up with a go-live call.
